Description
Being grateful is an attitude. An attitude toward life. “Gratitude is the feeling of wonder, of being grateful and celebrating life,” says Robert Emmons, for example, one of the luminaries in gratitude research. Behind it, he says, is deep appreciation for a condition or an allowance.
Even the joy of the little things in life has been proven to lead to greater happiness. Those who establish an attitude of gratitude in their lives give themselves time to pause, to rest and reflect. Gratitude is then like taking a deep breath: we look at our life and recognize its true (!) richness. “Gratitude is the memory of the heart.”
The chip is intended to help maintain and, if necessary, establish a grateful attitude in our lives.
