Description
A person’s change competence is their ability to perceive change as exciting challenges rather than debilitating threats and to deal with them successfully. It is made up of two components: The ability to change, or “can,” and the willingness to change, or “will,” discussed here. Willingness to change is a personal attitude towards change, which is expressed in an open-mindedness for new things, the desire for change and creativity in dealing with new situations. The chip contains frequencies and information to promote the ability to change.
