Registration Instruction<\/h1>\n

You have two options to register a new customer account: Either within the payment process or beforehand through the page \u201cMy Account\u201d<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In the following you will find the respective step-by-step instructions.<\/p>\n

If you are a business partner, please follow the instructions further down on this page.<\/p>\n

Within the payment process, please register your new customer account as follows:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

1. You can see your selected products in the cart. Once you are ready, please click on \u201cProceed to checkout\u201d further down on the page.<\/p>\n

2. In the following step, please proceed as follows:
\n\u2022 Please provide under \u201cBilling details\u201d in addition to your contact information also your email address and create your secure password. Your user name will be set automatically and will be provided by email.
\nUnder \u201cCustomer group\u201d, do not make any changes. The default option \u201cCustomer account\u201d must remain selected.
\n\u2022 Now choose the payment method.
\n\u2022 Then click on \u201cProceed\u201d.<\/p>\n

3. In the following step, you can check all details once more.
\n\u2022 If all is correct, you need to accept the legal requirements by setting the respective checkmarks.
\n\u2022 Then click on \u201cCommit to Buy\u201d to complete the order. You will automatically receive an email with the order confirmation.
\n\u2022 (If you have chosen PayPal as a payment method, you will be directed to log into your PayPal account and to proceed with the payment as usual. On the page where PayPal confirms your payment, you will find a link to return to our shop.)<\/p>\n

4. Next you need to activate your new customer account.
\n\u2022 To do this, a verification email containing an activation link has be sent to the email address you entered when ordering. Please click on the link provided in that email to verify your customer account. (please note, the link is only valid for a limited time.) Only afterwards your customer account is completely set up and you will receive an email confirmation with your username.
\n\u2022 By clicking the activation link, you will also be redirected to your browser and logged into your newly created customer account. You are directed into your \u201cMy Account\u201d area.<\/p>\n

Through the page \u201cMy Account\u201d, please register your new customer account as follows:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

1. Please click on \u201cMy Account\u201d on the top right of this page.<\/p>\n

2. Now you will see \u201cRegister\u201d on the right hand side.
\n\u2022 Please provide your email address and create your secure password. (remember your password) Your user name will be set automatically and will be provided by email.
\n\u2022 Under \u201cCustomer Group\u201d, please do not make any changes. The default option \u201cCustomer account\u201d must remain selected.
\n\u2022 Next you need to accept our privacy statement by setting the respective checkmark.
\n\u2022 Then click on \u201cRegister\u201d to register your new customer account.<\/p>\n

3. Following this, you will automatically receive an email with an activation link.
\n\u2022 Please click on the link provided in that email to verify your customer account. (please note, the link is only valid for a limited time.) Only afterwards your customer account is completely set up and you will receive an email confirmation with your username.
\n\u2022 By clicking the activation link, you will also be redirected to your browser and logged into your newly created customer account. You are directed into your \u201cMy Account\u201d area.<\/p>\n

4. Now you can immediately start with purchasing under the menu item \u201cshop\u201d. If you want to purchase at a later moment, please click on \u201cLogout\u201c and confirm to logout completely.<\/p>\n

Login again:<\/strong> To login again, just click on \u201cMy Account\u201d on the top right of this page. Now please enter your user name and your password under \u201cLogin\u201d on the left hand side. Alternatively you can also login to your account within the payment process.<\/p>\n

\n\u2022 Then click on \u201cRegister\u201d to register your new customer account.<\/p>\n

3. Following this, you will automatically receive an email with an activation link.

5. Own Customer Account:<\/strong> Your own Cusotmer Account offers various advantages:
\n\u2022 Your Invoice and Delivery Address are registered. Therefore you don\u00b4t need to re-enter them at your next pruchase.
\n\u2022 The processing status of current orders and the information of past orders can be seen.
\n\u2022 Invoices can be downloaded as a PDF.
\n\u2022 You want to re-order the same products again, but you do not want to add them to the cart again? Then you can easily navigate to the respective past order and click on the link \u201corder again\u201d. The final selection of products can be changed in the cart.
\n\u2022 You review your cart at any moment to check which products you have already selected.
\n\u2022 Add selected products once into the cart and easily change the amount in the cart. You only need to confirm this change by clicking on \u201cupdate cart\u201d.<\/p>\n
