It is then up to us to adapt to the new life situation and look for new life goals and content.<\/p>\n<p>The situation is different if the fear of not being needed has been with us all our lives. In this case, it makes sense to look for the causes of our low self-esteem and our negative attitudes towards ourselves, either alone or with therapeutic support.
