PSY 9 – Promote Self-knowledge

According to the definition, self-knowledge is a person’s knowledge of his or her own self. The prerequisite for this is a reflective and, if possible, objective awareness of our thinking and our own behavior. In other words, we have to question ourselves as critically as possible and analyze why we are, think and act the way we do. Selfawareness is thus closely related to self-reflection and at the same time prevents self-deception and self-deception. The chip contains frequencies and information to help promote self-knowledge.
