Description
The term gluten intolerance can mean three findings: celiac disease, gluten sensitivity or wheat allergy. These wheat- or gluten-induced illnesses express themselves differently from person to person, so the respective symptoms do not indicate any of the diseases. The most common symptoms are diarrhoea, abdominal pain and constipation (intestinal symptoms), as well as anaemia, joint pain, fatigue, exhaustion and listlessness (extraintestinal symptoms).
The chip (GUV) can initially be used by the therapist to detect gluten intolerance and to support the client/customer/patient in his therapy.
