KZR – Pull-up Reflex

Origin: 28th week intrauterine

Duration: From birth to 2 months

Integration: into hand movement pattern (grasping reflex) from 2nd month onwards

Abnormalities with non-integrated reflex:

• Special muscle tension in the hands persists
• Constant bending of the elbows is observable
• Maintaining the writing posture requires special effort
• Rapid fatigue during all manual activities
• Spelling problems may occur due to tension in the arms
• The reflex pattern can be a reason for ADHD or ADD
