It is important to take time to reflect again and again. Spiritual people in particular need moments and phases of reflection. Meditation does not always lead immediately to inner peace. Often meditation is a time of reflection in which one thinks about what has been and about what will be.
Reflecting means thinking about something and reflecting also means asking the question of meaning somewhere and this is important. If you are always just in the hamster wheel and constantly active, without time for reflection, then it can happen that somehow your life becomes hollow. And then if a catastrophe happens somewhere, then you can get into depressiveness.
You could also say sometimes depressiveness is nature’s way of forcing you to reflect on the meaning of life. Sometimes contemplation is simply a consequence of the need for contemplation. And so one would say, take time to reflect more often, take time to reflect on the meaning of life more often, take time to reflect on the meaningfulness of what you’re doing more often, take time to reflect more often, “Against the backdrop of an overarching context of meaning, what’s the point of what I’m doing?”
The chip contains information and frequencies to support the process of “reflection.”
