PSY 27 – Optimizing Adaptability

Adaptability is understood as the ability to adjust to new situations and challenges quickly and without major problems. Adaptability at work means that previously practiced behavior patterns are modified and realigned as needed. There is no such thing as rigid behavior, but rather action is taken entirely as needed in the current situation. This means that adaptable people must act flexibly and be ready for change. The chip is intended to help optimize adaptability.
