Empathic people are good at putting themselves in other people’s shoes, adjusting to their counterparts, responding to them accurately, and dealing with them – sensitively. By the way, this does not mean adopting the emotional life and positions of the other person. But it does enable us to better understand and comprehend both. Today, scientists are convinced that empathy is a key factor for career and success. The chip contains frequencies and information to promote empathy.
