Panic attacks are sudden, intense states of anxiety that often occur without any apparent trigger. They are accompanied by physical and psychological symptoms such as palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness, trembling, sweating, nausea, or a feeling of unreality. Those affected often experience fear of death or concern about losing control. A panic attack usually lasts a few minutes, in rare cases up to an hour.
Causes of panic attacks
The exact causes of panic attacks are varied and differ from person to person. Common triggers and contributing factors include:
• Genetic predisposition: A family history of anxiety disorders can increase the risk.
• Stress: Chronic stress, stressful life events such as loss, separation, or financial problems can trigger panic attacks.
• Biological factors: Imbalances in neurotransmitters such as serotonin or norepinephrine in the brain can play a role.
• Psychological factors: Negative thought patterns, such as catastrophizing or excessive worry, increase susceptibility.
• Triggering situations: Certain places, social situations, or physical sensations (e.g., rapid heartbeat) can trigger panic attacks.
• Caffeine, alcohol, or drugs: Substances such as caffeine or nicotine can exacerbate symptoms.
Panic attacks can also occur as part of a panic disorder, in which sufferers experience repeated attacks and develop a fear of further attacks.
How is the Akury information chip supposed to help with panic attacks?
The Akury information chip is designed to target the nervous system and the body’s energy system in order to alleviate the symptoms of panic attacks. The following mechanisms of action are mentioned:
1. Calming the nervous system: The chip is said to regulate the activity of the autonomic nervous system (especially the sympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for the “fight-or-flight” response) by transmitting harmonizing frequencies. This could help reduce symptoms such as rapid heartbeat, shortness of breath, or trembling during a panic attack.
2. Energetic balance: The chip is said to balance the body’s energetic field, which could reduce stress and anxiety. This is based on the assumption that panic attacks are facilitated by disturbances in energy flow.
3. Promotion of relaxation: The chip has been programmed to send signals that are intended to put the body into a relaxed state. This could reduce the frequency or intensity of panic attacks.
4. Support for self-regulation: By strengthening the body’s own regulatory mechanisms, the chip is intended to help those affected to recover more quickly from an acute panic attack.
Note: The chip should not be seen as a substitute for proven treatment methods such as psychotherapy (e.g., cognitive behavioral therapy) or drug therapy. It can only be used as a supportive measure.
In the case of deliveries to non-EU countries, additional tariffs, taxes and fees may apply. In the case of deliveries outside of Germany, shipping usually takes longer.
